Steps to Login and Check Emails:

Click http://mail.google.com/a/rtiics.org
It will ask for Username and Password (Full email address in lowercase required to log in)
Once you Login to Google Apps - Email Portal, there are options for Checking Mails (Inbox), Compose, Send etc. various other facilities.
